AMS27

AMS27 is a simple cash book and material register for businesses that still run on paper ledgers. Record every rupee in and out, keep material stock in its own register, and let your team work in the same books — from any phone. RECORD CASH IN AND CASH OUT • Add cash-in and cash-out entries in seconds • Attach the party, category, payment mode and remarks to every entry • Add your own custom fields when the standard ones aren't enough • Attach photos or documents to an entry as proof • Running balances are calculated for you — no manual totalling ORGANISE BY BUSINESS AND BOOK • Run more than one business from a single account • Create as many books as you need under each business • Duplicate an existing book to reuse its setup • Search across books and entries, and filter by party or date MATERIAL REGISTER • A separate register for material movement, kept apart from cash • Define your own material options and values • Bulk-import options and values instead of typing them in WORK AS A TEAM • Invite members to a business and give each one a role: Owner, Admin, Accountant or Viewer • Control exactly which books a member can open • Every change is recorded in the book's activity log, so you always know who added or edited an entry • Discuss a book in its own chat, with image and document attachments REPORTS YOU CAN SEND • Export any book as an Excel sheet or a PDF report • Choose what the PDF shows before you export it • Export material entries the same way • Share the file straight from your phone BUILT FOR EVERYDAY USE • Light and dark themes, following your phone's setting • Unlock with fingerprint or face • Import your party list instead of adding contacts one at a time WHO IT IS FOR Shop owners, traders, contractors, site supervisors and small businesses who need a shared, searchable record of cash movement and material — and a report they can hand to an accountant at the end of the month. An AMS27 account is required. Your data syncs to your account, so the same books are there on your next device.
