Scan or import a page, review the result, and export as Word, PDF, or plain text. Turn paper into a practical document workspace with Scanova. Capture a page with your camera, import images, or convert a PDF using cloud OCR. Adjust scan corners, rotate pages, choose an enhancement, and arrange pages before conversion. Review uncertain text, edit blocks, adjust formatting, and compare the transcription with the saved scan. Recognition can vary with handwriting, language, and image quality. AI can make mistakes, so check important content before sharing it. Export your work as a Word document, plain text, or a PDF. Choose a reconstructed PDF or keep the original scan where available. Copy text, print, or share through your device's supported apps. Scanova opens a private guest workspace without email sign-in. The current version stores up to 3 documents, supports files up to 10 MB and documents up to 30 pages, and includes a limit of 30 OCR pages per rolling 24 hours. Delete documents to free storage slots. Reinstalling or clearing app data can remove access to your guest workspace; export important work first. Cloud processing requires internet and uploads selected document content to Scanova's secure cloud OCR service. Cloud OCR is for adults aged 18 and over in supported regions. Source scans can be deleted automatically after processing, and the entire workspace can be deleted in Settings. Source retention and provider processing are explained in the privacy policy. Transcription and reconstructed layouts may need correction. Reconstructed PDF supports Latin and Hindi text with bundled fonts; other scripts or crowded layouts may require Word, text, or original scan export.
