Authenticity

Authenticity is more than a meditation app - it’s a transformative experience grounded in psychology, spirituality, and self-reflection. Created by Dr. Chad McKinney, PhD, this app empowers you to live in alignment with your truth through daily practices, intelligent feedback, and personal insight. CREATE A CHALLENGE THAT REFLECTS YOU Choose up to five daily practices that align with your lifestyle and goals: • Meditation (focused attention & open monitoring) • Breathwork for nervous system regulation • Movement meditations, stretching, and exercise • Nutrition, nature time, goal setting, and creativity • Reflective journaling, reading, and conscious living Not sure where to begin? Start with one of our preset challenges - designed for beginners, moderate practitioners, and advanced explorers alike. Set your duration, select your focus, and begin a personalized journey inward. CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO MEASURE Before beginning your challenge, select from over 20 science-informed psychological assessments to explore the areas of life most meaningful to you - such as: • Inner peace • Self-compassion • Emotional clarity • Resilience • Authentic expression • Mindful presence • And more These optional assessments give you a personalized baseline - and a clear view of your progress at the end. DAILY REFLECTIONS & AI FEEDBACK - BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER Every day, you’ll engage in: • Reflective journaling • Daily check-ins and reflections • AI-powered insight for both - crafted to mirror your growth with compassion and clarity At the end of your challenge, receive a full summary of your evolution - highlighting progress, patterns, and suggested next steps. Your growth becomes your guide. LEARN & INTEGRATE THROUGH VIDEOS, QUIZZES AND JOURNALS Access a rich library of videos led by Dr. Chad, each with: • Guided teachings on peace, suffering, purpose, and self-awareness • Journaling prompts with AI-driven feedback • Self-inquiry quizzes for experiential learning It’s not just information - it’s transformation.
