Ambitious Staff

Ambitious Staff — Smart Workforce Management Ambitious Staff is a comprehensive staff management app designed for educational institutions and organisations. It empowers employees to manage their daily work activities while giving HR teams powerful tools to oversee attendance, leave, and workforce analytics — all from a single mobile application. 📍 Biometric Attendance Mark your daily attendance using face recognition technology. The app verifies your identity through the front camera and confirms your physical presence within the office premises using GPS geofencing. No buddy punching, no proxy attendance — just accurate, secure check-ins and check-outs. 🗓 Leave Management Apply for leave or permission requests directly from your phone. Choose from multiple leave types, view your real-time leave balance, attach supporting documents, and track the status of every request — from submission to approval. The app automatically excludes weekends and public holidays when calculating leave days. 🏥 Medical Claims Submit medical reimbursement claims with supporting receipts in just a few taps. Track your approved claim balance, monitor claim status, and keep all your medical documents organised in one place. 👤 Staff Profile View your complete staff identity card with personal and employment details. Your profile is always up to date, pulled directly from the HR system. 🔐 Secure Face Enrolment Register your face securely using a one-time passcode generated by HR. The three-angle capture process (front, left, right) ensures accurate biometric matching for daily attendance.
