Some days you can explain how you feel. Some days you can barely find the words, and by the time you reach the doctor you have forgotten half of it. CareVocal is a diary you can keep by speaking. Open it, tap once, and say how you feel in your own words. Nothing to type, nothing to fill in. THREE BUTTONS. THAT IS THE WHOLE APP. • Feeling Good — one tap. Nothing to say, nothing recorded. • Something Hurts — tap and speak for fifteen seconds. Your words become text as you talk. • Need Help — for a bad day. One tap saves the entry, marks it so it stands out later, and prepares a text message to the family contacts you chose, plus the phone's dialer with your local emergency number. Nothing is sent and no call is made until you tap send or call yourself. When you are able to speak, tap the button again to record what is happening. SPEAK IN HINDI OR ENGLISH Hindi and English speech is recognised on the device itself, including the way people really talk, with English words like BP, fever or tablet slipping into a Hindi sentence. If the phone cannot do this on its own, CareVocal saves a recording instead. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET Every check-in is saved the moment you tap, whether or not you have a signal. Something Hurts check-ins are turned into text on the phone, with nothing sent anywhere. Recordings from Need Help, and from phones that cannot transcribe on the device, are kept on your phone and sent for transcription only when you are back online. The transcription service does not keep them. If the text is wrong, tap "That's not what I said" and the wrong text is deleted and the entry is re-recorded. A SUMMARY YOU CAN SHARE WITH YOUR DOCTOR Before a visit, CareVocal lays out your own entries on one page: how many days you checked in, which days were marked as bad, and what you said, grouped by day with the time on each line. Share it to WhatsApp or anywhere else you choose. CareVocal does not book appointments, connect you with doctors or clinics, or handle bills or insurance. It only shows your own words back to you. YOUR DIARY STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There is no account and no sign-in. Your check-ins, recordings and profile are kept in an encrypted database on your own phone. Delete a check-in and it is gone, with a few seconds to undo. Uninstall and it all goes with it. The only time anything leaves the phone is a recording sent for transcription, as described above. CareVocal never collects your location. Optional reminders can nudge you to check in. FREE, AND WHAT IS NOT Check-ins, voice transcription, the summary, sharing, the Need Help message and dialer, and reminders are free. The one paid upgrade, Extended History, removes the 30-day limit on how far back you can look and adds 3- and 6-month summaries. CareVocal records and shares what you tell it.
