No gym. No pressure. Workout plans that fit your life A clear, finite plan — not an endless feed. Start with a short Welcome Session, then follow one workout a day, with Rest Days built in. Miss a day? No catch-up guilt — pick up right where you are. Guided step by step Low-impact, easy-to-follow workouts you can do at home. Your coach sets the focus, then guides you through every move. Choose your intensity, from Gentle to Intense, and use a chair for steadier balance whenever you like. Nutrition, tracked alongside Log meals and follow daily calorie and macro targets right beside your workouts — so the whole day works toward your goal, not just the session. A coach and a group that show up Real members moving alongside you, and a coach who answers your questions right in the chat. A quiet, encouraging group — never a leaderboard. Send a clap to anyone working out with you. Why it works Movement only sticks when it feels possible. Workouts are kind to knees, backs, and joints — even when other routines aren't — and they build balance, mobility, and everyday energy. DayClass doesn't ask you to transform overnight. One day at a time, the plan becomes a habit that's actually yours. Made for you if you're — Building or rebuilding a daily movement habit — Returning to exercise after a pause, illness, or injury — New to working out — no experience needed Designed with large text, clear audio, and steady pacing — easy from day one. Small daily choices change everything. Welcome home. Privacy: https://dayclass.com/privacy-en.html Terms: https://dayclass.com/tos-en.html Support: [email protected]
