It detects your face and measures the distance to the camera, learning your unique "up" and "down" positions to count your pushups with incredible accuracy. The app does not record, save, or transmit any video or images. All AI processing happens securely on your device. HOW TO USE: On first use, go to "Set Personal Distance." Place your phone on the floor, leaning against a wall so the camera can see your face. Get into an "up" (plank) position and press "Set 'Up' Position." Go down to your lowest pushup position and press "Set 'Down' Position." Click "Save & Exit."
