Almost Drafts: Poems to Posts

Almost Drafts is a quiet place to write verse, and a simple way to share it beautifully. It is made for writers and thinkers who want their words out in the world without first learning a design tool. Write, tap Make post, and your verse is set with care in a finished design, sized and ready for your favourite platforms. No templates to wrestle with, no margins to fix, no slides to cut by hand. Write without distraction: Your drafts live on your phone, with no account and no sign-in. Everything saves as you type, earlier versions are kept, and focus mode clears the screen when you need it. Lock your drafts with your fingerprint, face or screen lock. Tools that understand verse: See the syllables in every line and your rhyme scheme as it forms. Choose a form, from haiku and tanka to sonnet, villanelle and ghazal, and let it guide you. Find rhymes and synonyms for any word, notice the words you have repeated, and set quoted lines in italic. Share in style, in seconds: Turn any draft into a post with one tap. Choose a design, a page colour and a typeface, from book serifs to typewriters and handwriting. Make posts, squares, stories or one long image. Longer verse carries on over carousel slides, with every stanza kept whole, a cover to open and your name to close. From a single verse to a book: Make a PDF of one verse, or gather verses into a collection and turn it into one book, with a title page and contents. Private by design: Almost Drafts has no internet access, no ads and no tracking. Your words stay on your phone, and you can back them up to a file whenever you choose.
