Kasi2Kasi is an event management and communication app where people can list events and manage them in any way they want. You can register on the app based on three roles which are a Normal User, an Event Organizer, and a Guest. REGISTRATION A normal user can simply register using their name, surname, email, password, province location and phone number after that on (Registration Type) they’ll have to click on the (user) and the (sign-up) button will pop up at the bottom and they register by clicking it and they will be sent an email for authorization to login on the app. A normal user doesn’t need to go under a verification process where an admin will need to verify accuracy of the information given. An Event organizer will first need to fill all the information that the normal user is needing to register an account but on (Registration Type) they’ll click the (organizer) option and click the pop up button at the end which will route them to another registration page. On that page they will add more information about themselves which is Id Number, Company Name that organizer is registered under, Registration Number of that company, Tax Number of that company, upload a certified copy of the Id (pdf), upload a selfie picture holding an id document and accept the terms and condition and then click the submit button. Please note that information will need to be verified by our admin if it is valid and if there is something that is not accurate the admin will let you know of that. When your information is under verification process and you try to login to the app you will redirect you to the feedback page from admin where you will see the messages coming from admin if your information is not valid the admin will let you know on this page. When the admin has finally verified your document, you can now login to your app and start your event organizing. And finally the registration of a Guest they’ll first need to fill in the information that a normal user is needing to register an account and on the (Registration Type) they will click (Guest) and click the pop up button at the bottom and they too will be routed to another registration page. On that page they add more information about themselves which is Id Number, Stage Name, Artist Type, Social Media Link, YouTube Page Link, Copy of Id Document (certified), selfie with Id Document and accept the terms and conditions lastly click the submit button. Their information will need to be verified by the admin too for accuracy and this too it will follow the same verification process as Event Organizer. USAGE The roles of a normal user are browsing and seeing events that are listed at that time and searching for those specific ones that they like. The other thing they can do is communicate with event organizers and guests on our chat system, they can search artists that are registered on the app. The roles of an event organizer are listing/creating events on the app and booking or hosting artists/guests in their events. They can chat back with the normal users or find other event organizers to communicate with, they can manage the event that they created if there has been any change in that particular event or they can delete it permanently. The role of a guest is to browse the home page exploring events, they can check where are they booked and communicate with the organizers of the event if they have any queries about their gigs. We gave everyone a chance to be what they like to be, because inside the app everyone starting from the normal user once registered can intergrade to be an event organizer or a guest. Even when you started as an event organizer you can be a guest too or a guest to an event organizer
