Filter by Active, Pending, or Completed, follow status changes in real time, and open a ticket to review its full timeline. • See dispatch calls as they're worked — Phone calls into ACE dispatch appear on the Calls tab for your company, with live status from the dispatch board: scheduled, currently being worked, waiting on a part, or held open for a callback. • Request service fast — Need parts, a repair, software, prints, or an on-site visit? File a request in seconds and let dispatch take it from there. • Pull up the right resource — Wiring diagrams, inspection procedures, safety checklists, and software guides, organized by category and searchable by keyword.
