It could be anything, from the smallest (like borrowing a pump for a car or fixing a lock) to more significant ones, like help with clothes, housing, medical assistance or with searching a missing person or animal, etc. Also keep in mind that it's really important to be ready to help others, even if you yourself don't need help now.
