SETR: Gym Workout Tracker

SETR is the gym workout tracker that tells you what to do on every set: the weight, the reps, the rest. You lift, the app handles the rest. A PROGRAM BUILT FOR YOU Answer a few questions (goal, training days, experience) and SETR builds your plan. Strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, powerbuilding, general fitness or bringing up a lagging muscle: 37 ready-made programs, from full body to push/pull/legs and the Arnold split. Rather choose everything yourself? Build your own cycle, exercise by exercise. A GUIDED WORKOUT, SET BY SET • the weight and reps to aim for, shown for every set • log the set and the rest timer starts on its own • beep, vibration and notification: you know when to go again, even with your phone locked • during your rest, the key form cues for the next exercise • the plates to load on the bar, worked out from the ones at your gym A COACH THAT PUSHES YOUR WEIGHTS UP After each set, tell SETR how many reps you had left in the tank (RIR). It adjusts the weight for your next workout: up when you had room to spare, down when it was too hard, with deload weeks planned in. Progressive overload, without the math or the spreadsheet. RECOVERY, MUSCLE BY MUSCLE Every muscle group recovers at its own pace. See at a glance what's ready to train again, and let the app suggest your next workout based on recovery instead of a fixed schedule. 3,215 EXERCISES, ALL DOCUMENTED 15 muscle groups, from quads to forearms. For every exercise: • an animated demo of the movement • step-by-step instructions • the form cues that make the difference • the common mistakes to avoid • a chart of the muscles actually worked Filter by muscle or by equipment: if the machine is taken, you'll find an alternative in seconds. MAKE IT YOURS Supersets, dropsets, tempo, RIR and rest time for each exercise. Your week's workouts in a calendar, reminders before you train, pounds or kilograms. YOUR PROGRESS, IN NUMBERS • your full workout history, set by set • a progress chart and your personal record for every exercise • what you lifted last time, right when you need it YOUR DATA GOES WITH YOU Sign in with Google or email. Workouts, cycles and settings are synced: switch phones and everything's still there. No ads.
