The Task Agent mobile app is the perfect companion for Field Inspectors on the go. Field Inspectors can create, edit or view a task in a Map Interface. While offline, field users can continue to work on their downloaded task. Routine inspections keep owners aware of pole damage or structural deficiencies, contributing to the safety of communities & linemen. Alden records every part of the inspection and all attributes of each pole. Clients have total visibility of pole details—owner, age, height, ground clearance, attachments, and if a transfer is needed. Features: * Professional inventory team can capture every detail of the pole and its surrounding conditions. * Manage your assigned tasks and update task progress anywhere, anytime. * Work on your downloaded task data without network connectivity. * See how many poles have been audited, how many are left to be audited, and any changes in the project. * View details of every pole audited: pole age and height, accurate attachment records, structural integrity, & more * Synchronize locally saved changes with the Alden server, once network connectivity is available. * Create a new task with pole details, power & communication attachments, pole violations. * Users can add photos to every pole using their mobile camera or photo library. * Custom screen layout for every pole to capture the information faster. * Assigned tasks can be viewed in Map. Users can get the nearest task based on their geo-location. * Map enhanced search can be useful to get the desired pole detail on the screen faster.
