VIA: Parking Courtesy Notes

VIA is a privacy-first way to leave a kind, anonymous note for another driver — and to keep your own parking and vehicles organized. Left your lights on? Blocked someone in? With VIA you can reach a vehicle politely and anonymously, without ever exchanging phone numbers. Every message goes through the app, and no personal contact details are shared — not yours, not theirs. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Leave a courtesy note — kindly notify a driver about their vehicle, fully anonymously. • Opt-in messaging — you decide whether you can be reached. Nothing is public by default. • Save your parking — store where you parked with one tap and track your time. • Live map, on your terms — show yourself on the map only when you choose to, per check-in. You are always in control. • Digital garage — manage all your vehicles (plate, brand, model, photos) in one place. PRIVACY FIRST • Your phone number is never shown to other users. • All communication is anonymous and handled in-app. • Location is used only while the app is open and only for actions you start (saving parking, showing yourself on the map). No background tracking. • Your vehicle is not visible on the map unless you turn visibility on — and you can turn it off any time. SAFE & MODERATED We have zero tolerance for abusive content. You can: • Block any user. • Report any message or user — reports are reviewed within 24 hours. • Delete your own messages instantly. Harassment, threats, hate speech and inappropriate content are prohibited; violating accounts are removed. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL Delete individual vehicles, parking records or messages at any time — or delete your entire account and data from Settings › Delete Account. VIA is intended for users aged 18 and over. VIA is not a towing, parking-enforcement, insurance or emergency service. In an emergency, always contact your local authorities first. Drive kinder. Stay anonymous. Stay in control.
