IDoApp: Wedding Guests

IDoApp is the app for guests. The couple, or whoever is hosting, prepares everything in the IDoApp web console; you receive an invitation code, and the whole day fits in your pocket. Made for weddings first, it works just as well for birthdays, baptisms, wedding anniversaries, corporate events and parties. ENTER YOUR CODE Type the code that came with your invitation, scan its QR code or just tap the link. It opens the event you are invited to, with the details for your family or party. Without a code the app shows nothing: every event stays private. No account, no password. Invited to more than one celebration? Each one stays on your phone under “My events”. THE SCHEDULE The highlights you are invited to, in order, with the time, the venue and directions in one tap, even when the celebration spans several days. If not everyone in your party is invited to the same moments, the app shows who is expected where. ON THE BIG DAY The current highlight and the next one stay on your lock screen in a notification that keeps itself up to date, and a reminder arrives 15 minutes before each one. Things running late? When the couple announces a delay, the times shift on everyone's phone. YOUR RSVP Say who is coming, pick dishes when the menu offers a choice, share your drink preferences and, if you wish, your allergies. You reply for your whole party at once, and you can change your answer until the deadline the couple has set. PRACTICAL INFO Where to stay: rooms on site, places the couple recommends and a search already set up around the venue. The dress code and its colors, who to contact, the gift registry, and every useful detail: access, parking, children. MUSIC AND YOUR TABLE Suggest the songs that will get you dancing, with a built-in music search. Find your seat on the seating plan as soon as the couple publishes it. MESSAGES FROM THE COUPLE A shuttle time, a last-minute detail: the couple's messages reach you as notifications. PHOTOS When the couple turns them on, the event gets its own private photo feed. Share pictures from your gallery or take them right in the app and add a caption: they go to the couple and, if the couple chooses, to every guest. React with an emoji, comment, relive each highlight like a story, or switch to the gallery view to see everything at a glance. The couple can approve photos before they appear, and any photo or comment can be reported. Location data is removed from pictures before upload. IN THE COUPLE'S COLORS The app takes on the colors and fonts the couple has chosen. It speaks English, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish, following your phone's language. CAREFUL WITH YOUR DATA No ads, no tracking. Usage statistics are only collected if you agree. Allergies are only asked with your explicit consent, and only so the caterer can plan for them.
