The Aktionariat Portfolio App is the mobile wallet for your tokenized shares. View and manage your entire share portfolio in one place, directly on your phone. YOUR WALLET FOR TOKENIZED SHARES When you register, the app is linked to your Aktionariat user account. Use it to hold tokenized shares and to request the tokenization of traditional shares you already own. You can also import addresses and keys from other wallets, so that all your holdings appear in a single portfolio. SECURE BY DESIGN All private keys are stored securely, and your account keys never leave your device. CONNECT TO WEB APPLICATIONS Use your imported accounts to connect securely to compatible web applications, including the Investor Pages of companies on Aktionariat. FOR SHAREHOLDERS Aktionariat AG maintains the shareholder registry for its client companies. If you hold only traditional shares in one of these companies, you can request their tokenization directly in the app. The app also automatically fulfills your legal duty to register as a shareholder for every share token you acquire. FOR BOARD MEMBERS If you sit on the board of a company with tokenized shares on Aktionariat, use the app to authenticate when signing in to the Issuer Portal. There you can view the shareholder registry, initiate corporate actions and approve them securely with a multi-signature scheme, supported by the app.
