Bayline

Bayline manages a parking lot from a phone. Spaces live on a map you can see, fares are worked out for you, and the month adds up on its own. THE PARKING MAP Every space on every floor sits on a grid, coloured by what it is doing: free, occupied with a running timer, held by a resident, overdue, or blocked. Tap a free space to check a car in. Tap an occupied one to check it out and the fare is calculated from the tariff you chose. TARIFFS Set up as many rate plans as the site needs — standard hourly, overnight daily, a separate rate for charging bays. Each plan carries its own free period, its rounding step, and an optional daily cap, so the number the app produces is the number you would have worked out by hand. RESIDENTS Assign a space to a monthly tenant, record payments in cash or by card, renew or end the subscription. When one lapses, the space is flagged as overdue immediately rather than after somebody notices. THE MONEY Revenue, expenses, payroll and gross margin month by month, with a comparison against the previous month and revenue per space. The break-even point is shown against your actual costs, so the question of whether the site pays for itself has a number. MORE THAN ONE SITE Several locations can be kept side by side, each with its own map, tariffs and figures. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No account, no server, no subscription and no barrier hardware to integrate. Nothing is uploaded — the whole site lives in the app on your device and works with no connection, which matters in an underground garage. WHO IT IS FOR Independent operators and small teams running a car park or garage who currently track spaces, tariffs and cash on paper or in a spreadsheet.
