SoojiCare is an app for learning two micro-system therapies — the hand (Korean hand acupressure) and the ear (auriculotherapy) — finding the right spot, and pressing it yourself. ■ Points on your own photo Photograph your hand or ear and the points are drawn on that photo. No need to read a chart and transfer it to your own body. ■ Find by symptom Headache, digestion, sleep, stiff shoulders and more — with matching points on both the hand and the ear. ■ Named protocols Basic set, Ryodoraku basic points, NADA 5. ■ A 12-lesson course From why the hand mirrors the body to how to apply ear seeds. About three minutes each. ■ Press-along timer 30 seconds per point, three rounds, paced with your breath. ■ Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese and Arabic ⚠ This app is for education and reference only. It does not diagnose or treat disease and is not a medical device. ■ No needling Only non-invasive methods: finger pressure, press pellets, magnets and ear seeds. The ear is cartilage — piercing it can cause suppurative perichondritis and deform the ear. ■ Signs that mean a hospital, now Sudden chest pain, weakness on one side, slurred speech, clouded consciousness, bleeding that will not stop, a fever above 38.5°C that persists. Never stop prescribed medication on your own. ■ Photos stay on your device What you photograph is stored only on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is removed the next time you open the app.
