Aias Melfi Tab è l'applicazione ufficiale sviluppata per la gestione e l'inventario del parco dispositivi mobili in dotazione al personale dei centri AIASMelfi. Questa applicazione è uno strumento tecnico, progettato per semplificare e automatizzare il processo di registrazione dei tablet e degli smartphone aziendali assegnati agli operatori. Funzionalità Principali: Identificazione Operatore: Interfaccia semplice e intuitiva per l'inserimento dei dati del dipendente (Nome e Cognome) a cui è affidato il dispositivo. Selezione Centro di Riferimento: Menu a tendina preconfigurato per selezionare rapidamente la sede di appartenenza tra quelle operative: Rilevamento Automatico Hardware: L'app raccoglie automaticamente le specifiche tecniche necessarie per il censimento univoco del terminale, eliminando errori di trascrizione manuale. Trasmissione Sicura: I dati raccolti vengono compilati in un report digitale e inviati in tempo reale al server centrale di gestione tecnica, garantendo un aggiornamento immediato del database inventariale. L'installazione è richiesta sui dispositivi aziendali al momento della consegna o durante le fasi di verifica periodica dell'inventario. Come si usa: Aprire l'applicazione. Selezionare il proprio centro AIAS di appartenenza. Inserire Nome e Cognome. Premere il tasto "Conferma". Attendere il messaggio di avvenuta trasmissione. L'app è progettata per essere utilizzata "una tantum" o su richiesta specifica dell'amministrazione per aggiornamenti del database.
