Pipe Counter: AI Tube Counting

Count pipes from photos with Pipe Counter, an AI pipe counting app for steel pipes, PVC pipes and tube bundles. Review detected pipes, correct the count and export a shareable report. Use it for warehouse stock checks, delivery checks and dispatch preparation. Pipe detection works offline, including in yards and warehouses without an internet connection. Count pipes from a photo: Take a photo or choose one from your gallery. Select the counting area to focus on the bundle you need. The app marks detected pipe ends and shows the total, so you can check the result against the image. Review and correct the count: Add missed pipes or exclude unwanted detections before saving. When several bundles appear in a photo, select one counting area at a time to keep your stock check focused. Estimate pipe bundle weight: Use the pipe weight calculator with your count and the details for one pipe. Enter its length, then choose a calculation method: • Pipe dimensions and material. • A supported standard pipe size. • A known weight per unit length, such as a supplier's kg/m value. View the estimated bundle weight and total pipe length. Weight is calculated from your inputs or selected reference values; it is not measured from the photo. Manufacturing tolerances, coatings and material differences can affect actual weight. Save your stock checks: Give each result a name, save it and find it again in your counting history. Keep records of pipe inventory checks, incoming deliveries and dispatch counts. Export and share results: • Annotated image: share the photo with detection markers. • CSV: export marker coordinates and confidence scores. • PDF: export a report for reviewing and sharing the result.
