Full description
Ahh Zombies is a roguelike zombie survival shooter set in four endless blacked-out cities. Drag to run through streets, alleys and courtyards while zombies, skeletons and werewolves chase you. Hold fire to shoot where you face, keep moving because standing still opens the rot under your feet, and survive ten minutes until the thing at the end of the night wakes up. How to play - Drag to move, tap or hold FIRE to attack where you face, and turn the camera with the corner buttons or a two-finger twist. - Every shot costs stamina, and stamina comes back while you move. Attack the instant it is up, then run. - One attack is a volley, and the volley grows: Carrot Shot becomes a fan of six that drills through the line, lightning strikes five at once. - Follow the compass to the beacon. Lighting it pays coins, experience and a chest, and pulls the horde toward the flare. - Grab the gems monsters drop to level up, then pick one of three upgrades. - The city drives itself. Traffic queues at red lights and waits for convoys. Lure zombies into traffic, lead them into a canal, or hold a bridge and let them come one at a time. Four cities, each laid out like a real one - Grid City: busy avenues, towers and shopfronts, Neon Square, a central park and a construction site. - Old Town: cobbled lanes inside a city wall with three gates, a cathedral square, a market, a canal and a carnival outside the walls. - Harbor City: a river with few bridges, drawbridges that lift on a timer, a container terminal and a lighthouse pier. Lead the horde onto a lifting bridge and the small ones go in the water. - Suburbs: cul-de-sacs, a highway you cross at the gaps, a school, a mall and an airliner crash site. - Pick the city before each night. Its streets stay put so you can learn them; the buildings, cars and loot change every night. Twelve champions, each a different way to play - Pip dashes and burrows, Ember charms the horde, Truffle brawls, Shade strikes from stealth, Buddy guards, Bandit traps, Henrietta bombs, Fume poisons, Fang hunts, Brick charges, Thorn calls lightning and Kodiak switches stance. - Each has a passive, a signature attack, two skills, an ultimate and a story in three chapters. Watch any ability before you play. - Over forty skins, each a whole new look, with glowing finishes and trails. Bosses that fight back - Eight bosses and two finales, a different line-up every night: the Brute charges, the Wretch burrows and screams your abilities silent, the Gravedigger raises a ring of skeletons, the Gargoyle dives and turns to stone. - Every move is telegraphed before it lands. Read it, then get out of the way. Ranked - A ladder from Bronze to Apex in fortnight seasons, with a global score board. - Climbing pays coins, gems and a season reward, and the screen names the player just above you. - Ranked Night is the same city for everyone that day and strips permanent upgrades, so the ladder measures the run, not the account. Nothing bought helps you there. Build and collect - Eight weapons that level up and evolve, seven passives, permanent power-ups bought with coins, and a mutator before each run with its own score multiplier. - Random events: horde surges, supply drops, treasure ghouls, bounties, blood moons and raider rushes. - Goals, daily missions, mastery, earned looks and a field journal. Why you will like it - Runs last a few minutes and no two are alike. - Solo and Auto play offline. Co-op and the seasonal board use an internet connection. No account needed. - Free to play. Everything that changes a night is earned by playing. Optional purchases: gem packs for champions and looks sooner, and a one time purchase that removes the ads between runs. No loot boxes. Optional rewarded ads give a second chance, doubled coins or an extra reroll. How long can you survive the night?
