My Asset Cloud by AHE Live

My Asset Cloud keeps facilities compliance in one place: every asset, every inspection, every certificate, and a clear view of what's due next. Built by engineers for engineers, it started life on fire damper inspections for NHS sites and now covers any asset that needs inspecting, servicing or tracking. FOR ENGINEERS ON SITE • Scan a QR code and go straight to the asset, its history and its documents. • Complete inspections on your phone with photos, pass/fail results and expiry dates. • Pin every asset to a floor plan so the next person can find it without a guided tour. • Keep working in basements, plant rooms and risers. With no signal, new assets and inspections are saved on the device and upload themselves when you're back online. FOR MANAGERS AND CLIENTS • A live dashboard of what's compliant, what's due and what's overdue. • Reminders by email and notification before inspections expire or tasks fall due, with a daily summary instead of a flood. • A task tracker for planned maintenance, with completion history. • PDF reports ready to hand to clients, auditors and fire safety officers. FOR ORGANISATIONS • Clients see their own sites. Service providers manage the sites they look after. Subcontractors see only what they're given. • Users are invited by an administrator, with two-step verification available. • Everything stays in sync between the phone app and the web version at myassetcloud.com. An account is required. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator.
