FALAK AL NAMOOS

Falak Al Namoos is a comprehensive digital platform developed by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority to manage and organize festivals, heritage competitions, awards and events with greater efficiency – giving participants, organizing committees and the public a smarter, user-friendly experience. The platform covers the full competition lifecycle: registration, entry submissions, judging and evaluation, and the announcement of results, while recording participant and award data to the highest standards of accuracy and transparency. The application also simplifies the operational and administrative work behind heritage festivals and events, with a single, unified database that supports better decision-making and improves institutional performance. Every stage of an event can be managed digitally from start to finish, helping ensure faster turnaround and a consistently high standard of service. Falak Al Namoos supports a wide range of competitions and events run by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority across the land, agricultural and maritime sectors, including camel, falcon and dates competitions, traditional crafts, and heritage maritime activities, among many other cultural heritage-related contests. The platform also includes advanced tools for managing awards, communicating with participants, sending alerts and notifications, and publishing news, results and media content associated with each event. Together, these capabilities help strengthen community participation and support the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority’s efforts in safeguarding Emirati heritage and passing it on to future generations through modern digital solutions that keep pace with technological advancements and align with the Authority’s vision for developing the ecosystem of heritage events and competitions.
