Nado: Swimming Tracker

You get to the pool, swim a few laps, get out. No plan, no idea if any of it is making you faster. Nado hands you the workout before you get in the water. Hundreds of workouts, ready to swim Beginner to advanced, all written the way a coach would write them: warm-up, drills, main set, cool-down, with every distance and rest interval already worked out. Open the app, read the set, swim it. A coach that pays attention Tell Nado how the swim felt and the next weeks adjust. You get notes on what to focus on, why a set is built the way it is, and when to push. It's the part most people lose when they stop swimming with a team. Watch your progress stack up Every swim is saved. Distance, pace per 100, best times, weekly volume.
