Focus Correction

Modern attention is short. You sit down at 9 AM ready to do real work, and by 9:12 you've already checked Slack, opened a new tab, or picked up your phone "just for a second." Focus Correction is a chess-clock for your attention. The moment you leave the app — switch to another app, open a new tab, get distracted by something else — the clock flips. When you come back, you see exactly how long you were gone, and how many times it happened. No willpower lectures. No streaks to protect. Just an honest mirror. — HOW IT WORKS — - Set a focus item (Reading, Coding, Writing, or anything custom) - Pick a duration (15 min to 4 hours, in 15-min steps) - Tap Start. The clock runs. - Switch to another app while your screen stays on → distraction logged automatically - Lock your screen or let it sleep → not a distraction (rest is allowed) - Real emergency? Tap "Something came up" to pause without penalty. — WHAT YOU SEE AT THE END — A clean session result with the exact split between focused time and lost time, every distraction listed by start time and duration, and a grade — perfect (zero distractions), good (under your target), or not-quite (over target). — HISTORY THAT TELLS YOU SOMETHING — Daily and weekly views with a one-line insight, a mood emoji based on your distraction ratio, and a 7-day trend so you can see whether things are getting better or worse. — PRIVACY-FIRST, BY DESIGN — Everything stays on your device. No accounts. No sign-up. No cloud. No analytics. No ads. The app works completely offline. - All data stored locally via AsyncStorage - Auto-deletes records older than 8 days so it never bloats your storage - You can wipe everything in Settings → Delete Account — PRICING — - 7-day free trial — full app, no feature gates - One-time purchase: US$2.99 — yours forever - No subscriptions. No in-app upgrades after the unlock. No ads, ever. - Restore Purchase available if you switch phones. - Early bird bonus: lifetime unlock free for the first two weeks after launch. — LANGUAGES — Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, 日本語, 한국어, Español, Português (Brasil), Deutsch, Français, Bahasa Indonesia. — DESIGN — Two themes that switch by time of day: a warm capybara during daylight hours, and a moonlit owl at night. Glassmorphism cards over hand-illustrated backgrounds. Haptic feedback on every meaningful action. — WHO THIS IS FOR — Knowledge workers, students, writers, designers, programmers, and anyone whose work depends on uninterrupted thinking. If you've ever finished a "focus block" and wondered where the time actually went, this is the tool that will tell you. — WHO THIS IS NOT FOR — If you want streak gamification, social leaderboards, AI coaching, or cloud sync — those aren't here. The app is deliberately small. It does one thing: count the moments you drift, so you can decide what to do about them. Built by a solo developer. Feedback welcome via the in-app feedback form (Settings → Send Feedback).
