TaskPilot

TaskPilot is the job management app built for agricultural contracting crews — connecting your team, your machines, and your office in real time. Stop chasing paper timesheets and text-message updates from the field. TaskPilot gives operators a simple way to receive jobs, run safety checks, log machine hours, and submit completed work — while managers get a live view of every task, ready to approve from anywhere. 📋 JOB MANAGEMENT, SIMPLIFIED • See your assigned jobs in one place — My Tasks, Yard Tasks, and full job History • Create new tasks on the go with client, site, contractor, machine, and materials details • Track every job through its full lifecycle: started, paused, submitted, approved • Attach photos and notes directly to a job for the office to review 🚜 MACHINE HOURS & TIME TRACKING • Start and finish your working day with one tap — paid hours vs. on-task hours, tracked automatically • Log start and end machine hours for every job with an assigned machine or implement • Record product and material usage per task, with quantities and timestamps • Keep working even without signal — TaskPilot saves your progress offline and syncs the moment you're back online ⚠️ SAFETY & COMPLIANCE, BUILT IN • Mandatory Pre-Check step before starting work with machinery — review machine and implement documents and safety videos before you go • Site-specific Hazard ID checks so every operator knows the risks before stepping onto a job site • Quick "Report an issue" access right from the safety screens • All safety documents and PDFs viewable in-app — no digging through email ✅ APPROVALS THAT DON'T SLOW YOU DOWN • Workers submit finished jobs — man-hours, machine hours, products and materials — with one tap • Managers get a dedicated Tasks to Manage queue and can review, adjust, and approve jobs from their phone • Add team leader notes and photos directly to the approval record • Everyone gets notified the moment a job is confirmed 🔔 STAY IN SYNC • Real-time push notifications when a job is assigned, submitted, or approved • In-app activity feed so nothing gets missed • Works alongside your existing back-office system — no double data entry Built for the realities of contracting work: patchy rural coverage, machinery-heavy jobs, and the need for a clear paper trail on safety and hours. TaskPilot replaces the whiteboard, the paper timesheet, and the group chat with one app your whole crew already has in their pocket. Log in with the account provided by your company to get started.
