Afrimy: Rentals in Senegal

Afrimy is the home rental app for Senegal. Rooms, studios, apartments, villas and furnished residences: find a place, view it, sign your lease and pay your rent from your phone. SEARCH WITHOUT DRIVING IN CIRCLES • Browse homes near you on the map, or neighbourhood by neighbourhood: Almadies, Ngor, Plateau, Mermoz, Sacré-Cœur and many more. • Filter by property type, budget and amenities. • Save the places you like and find them again at any time. • Every listing shows photos, sometimes a walkthrough video, and the price actually being asked. SEE IT BEFORE YOU COMMIT • Book a viewing straight from the listing, at a time that suits you. • Order a taxi in the app to get there, with the fare estimated before you leave. • Message the landlord without sharing your personal phone number. SIGN A REAL LEASE, NOT A PROMISE • Your lease is drawn up, time-stamped and signed electronically in the app. • The move-in and move-out inventory is recorded with photos: that is what protects your deposit on the day you leave. • Your contract and rent receipts stay available under "My rentals". PAY THE WAY YOU ALREADY DO • Rent and deposit paid with Wave or Orange Money — no bank account needed. • Upcoming due dates are shown in advance and you are reminded before each payment. • Every payment leaves a receipt you can open in the app. A DEPOSIT THAT COMES BACK TO YOU • Your deposit is held in escrow. It does not go into the landlord's pocket. • At the end of the lease it is released once the move-out inventory is done. • If you disagree, our mediation team steps in and decides on the evidence. WHAT PROTECTS YOU • Landlords and properties are checked before a listing goes live. • Report a suspicious listing in two taps. • Reviews are written by tenants who actually stayed. • Your identity documents are encrypted and used only for verification. YOUR DATA IS YOURS • Export all your data from Account → My data. • Delete your account whenever you want, in the app or at afrimy.com/suppression-compte. Afrimy is built in Senegal, for Senegal.
