Affect is more than a sobriety app or sober tracker. It is the first integrated addiction recovery app to provide a full outpatient treatment program with rewards as you make progress. You don't have to go to rehab to stop drinking and using drugs. Affect puts a recovery program right in your pocket. Through our scientifically-proven approach, you can learn to manage, reduce, and quit alcohol, cannabis, stimulants like meth and cocaine, opioids like heroin, or pain killers and other prescription medications.
