AERSŌMA paces your breath with sound and motion, so you can practise with your eyes closed instead of staring at a screen. It is free, it works without a signal, and it needs no hardware. It is a wellness app and not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Breath holds are not for everyone. Read the safety note below before you start. No tracking. No advertising SDK in the app. WORKS ON A PLANE Solo sessions, programmes and your own rhythms run offline, and your history catches up when you are back on a network. Rooms need a connection, because they are people in other places. ONE BREATH, ALREADY RUNNING The Global Rhythm is a single four-two-seven-two cycle that never stops and belongs to nobody. Open it and you fall into step with everyone else breathing it right now. You can also open a room, invite friends and start together on a shared clock. MAKE YOUR OWN Set the length of every phase, stack rounds into a protocol, and try it before you save it. AERSŌMA PLUS An optional subscription: multi-week programmes and an unlimited builder. Safety information, calibration and your own data are never behind it. SAFETY Longer breath holds are not for everyone. The app asks you to read and confirm a safety note before any protocol that uses them, and it says plainly who should skip them. If you are pregnant, or you have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition, or epilepsy, talk to a doctor before doing breath holds. Never do them in water or while driving. Stop if you feel dizzy. THE DEVICE We are building a wearable that moves the same rhythm off the screen and onto the body: silent, no display, worn under a shirt. It is not out yet, and the app is complete without it.
