AdvanceSeat Library

AdvanceSeat Library is the official student app for libraries and study halls that run on AdvanceSeat. Register with your library, then manage your seat, attendance, payments and membership — right from your phone. Made for serious students and study-hall members who want a distraction-free way to reserve their spot, keep their study streak, and stay on top of fees. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Find your library and sign in securely with your student code. • See live seat availability and book or change your seat by shift. • Mark attendance in seconds — check in, take breaks, and check out. • Track your study time with a clear attendance report and graph. • Pay membership and seat fees online via UPI, and view every invoice and receipt. • Carry a digital library ID card with a scannable barcode. • Upload KYC documents and keep your profile up to date. • Read notices from your library and raise complaints or requests. WHY STUDENTS LOVE IT • Everything in one place — no registers, no paperwork. • Real-time seat status so you always know what's free. • Honest attendance and effective-reading-time tracking to build discipline. • Instant digital receipts for every payment. LOCATION & ATTENDANCE If your library enables location-based attendance, the app checks that you're inside the library only when you tap to mark attendance. Location is never tracked in the background and is never used for advertising. You can decline the permission and still mark attendance the way your library allows. PRIVACY We take your data seriously. Payments are processed by a secure UPI gateway — we don't store card numbers or UPI PINs. Read our full policy at https://library.advanceseat.com/privacy NOTE You need to be a registered member of a library that uses AdvanceSeat to use this app. If your library isn't listed yet, ask them to get onboard.
