AdeptTime is the time-tracking app for field crews, contractors, and mobile teams - the ones whose workday doesn't happen behind a desk. Arrive at a job site and AdeptTime knows. Using background location, it detects when you enter a work geofence and starts your clock automatically, then stops it the moment you leave. No punching in, no remembering to hit start, no end-of-week guesswork reconstructing where you were. AUTOMATIC, NOT RIGID Plans change and geofences aren't perfect, so AdeptTime checks in with you when it matters - a quick "Are you working?" notification for any visit it isn't already sure about — and you confirm or correct it in one tap. Prefer to log things yourself? Manual time entry is always there too. BUILT AROUND THE ACTUAL WORKDAY - See your schedule for the week and which job or case each shift belongs to - Track hours, distance, or fixed-rate work — whatever the job calls for - Attach expenses, materials, and documents straight to a time entry - Review your weekly sheet before it goes to your manager: approved, pending, and rejected hours at a glance - Work across multiple teams or workgroups from one account BUILT FOR THE OFFICE SIDE TOO AdeptTime pairs with a web dashboard your office or project managers use to set up job sites, schedules, and pay rules, and to review and approve hours as they come in — so what you track on your phone is exactly what shows up for payroll, with nothing re-typed in between. PRIVACY, PLAINLY Location is used to detect job-site arrivals and departures for accurate time tracking, and nothing else. You can see and correct every automatically recorded entry, and manual entry is always available if you'd rather not use location at all. AdeptTime requires an account provisioned by your employer or team administrator.
