Halloween Countdown

Halloween Countdown puts October 31 front and center. Open the app for a full-screen night-purple and pumpkin-orange scene with a big, glowing count of the days left until Halloween. Bats and fog drift by, a candy corn bobs under the number, and the greeting changes as the season gets closer, from "Something wicked this way comes" to "The witches are circling." Tap the pumpkin (or the big number) for a quick BOO! scare with a little buzz. On Halloween Eve the countdown shows the hours that are left, too. On Halloween itself it says "It's Halloween!" and then quietly starts counting toward next year on November 1. Put it on your Home screen Add the Halloween Countdown widget and resize it from a small square to a larger card. It shows the days left, a seasonal greeting, and the date, refreshes just after midnight, and updates every hour on Halloween Eve. Tap the widget to open the app. Where your launcher supports it, "Add widget now" places the widget in one tap; otherwise the built-in guide walks you through it. Music and Share • Music opens a Halloween party playlist: Apple Music if you have it installed, otherwise YouTube Music, otherwise the playlist on the web. • Share sends friends how many days are left until Halloween using Android's share sheet.
