c4pture

c4pture is a professional camera-based capture tool for field teams running structured video collection workflows. WHAT IT DOES Record high-quality video with synchronized motion and pose data through an optimized camera interface. Each recording is wrapped in a task — assigned, completed, submitted, reviewed — so field teams can run repeatable capture operations at scale. CAPTURE CAPABILITIES • Camera with pose tracking (ARCore) • MediaPipe hand tracking (21 3D landmarks per hand) • IMU sensor logging (accelerometer, gyroscope, device motion) • Chunked upload to cloud storage with progress tracking • Session resume and cancel recovery WORKFLOW • Sign in with Apple or Google • Pick up an assigned task • Capture on your device with an AR-enabled camera • Review the recording and submit • Track task status — in review, approved, declined WHO IT'S FOR • Field operations teams running standardized video captures • Research projects requiring consistent, structured recordings • Any workflow where the deliverable is "capture this specific thing, this specific way" c4pture is a streamlined industrial variant of the Acuity platform — focused entirely on the capture-and-submit workflow, with no marketplace and no consumer concerns. Same capture engine, different audience. Available in 36 languages. RECORDING AND UPLOADS • While you record, the app shows an ongoing notification. If you leave the app mid-recording, it keeps running long enough to finish saving your video safely, so the recording isn't lost or corrupted. • Recordings are large, so they upload in the background: a notification shows upload progress, and the upload keeps going if you switch apps or lock your phone.
