Active Join

ActiveJoin is the all-in-one BJJ app. Class schedule, QR check-in, belt progression, training streaks, and your training partner network — all in one place. Built specifically for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, by people who actually train. Whether you're a practitioner chasing your next stripe, a professor running roll call, or an academy owner managing the whole operation, ActiveJoin handles it. FOR PRACTITIONERS See the full class schedule. Sign up for Fundamentals, No-Gi, Competition, Open Mat, or Kids classes with one tap. Real-time available spots. Cancel when life gets in the way. Check in with a scan. Walk into the academy, scan the QR code, you're on the roll. No paperwork, no waiting. Track your belt journey. Every stripe, every promotion, every date. From your first day on the mat to black belt — your full BJJ history in one timeline. Build your training streak. Weekly and monthly streaks track your consistency. Streak freezes protect you when you're injured or traveling — because life happens, and you shouldn't lose your progress over it. Hit milestones at 4, 8, 12, 26, and 52 consecutive weeks. See your patterns. The training heatmap visualizes your mat time across months. Spot the gaps. Close them. Know where you stand. Your progress dashboard shows classes this month, current streak, attendance rate, and how many classes until your next stripe. Compete with your training partners. The leaderboard ranks by mat time and streak consistency. Bring some healthy pressure to the academy. Build your network. Follow training partners. Get smart suggestions based on shared mat time. Share competition wins, promotions, and training highlights in the community feed. Manage your kids. Parents can run their children's BJJ accounts, switch views, and track their progress. Full privacy controls. Public, academy-only, or private — with granular overrides for each category. FOR PROFESSORS & COACHES Your teaching dashboard shows today's classes, upcoming sessions, and teaching stats. Run roll call live as practitioners check in. Confirm attendance, mark no-shows, add late arrivals, or bulk confirm. Track student progression and promotion readiness across your whole class. FOR ACADEMY OWNERS Schedule classes (recurring or one-off), assign instructors, and manage practitioners and staff with role-based access (Owner, Admin, Professor, Employee). Configure belt progression rules per program (Gi, No-Gi, Kids) with auto-stripe awards and tournament-standard defaults. Schedule and run graduation ceremonies — check off practitioners on the mat. Run billing your way: membership plans, class packs, trials, contracts, and revenue KPIs. Stripe Connect for online payments, or record offline payments manually. Set up kiosk mode for lobby self check-in (PIN, name search, QR). Moderate content with reports, warnings, and a full audit trail. Brand the app with your academy logo and colors. Multi-academy support: practitioners can train at multiple academies with different roles at each. WHY ACTIVEJOIN Built for BJJ, not generic fitness. Native BJJ vocabulary and workflows.
