LP/OP App

LP/OP App is the official permission management platform developed exclusively for Aaruush, the national level techno management fest of SRM Institute of Science and Technology. The application streamlines the management of Late Permission and Out Permission requests by providing a centralised digital workflow for the Aaruush organising committee. Organisers can submit permission requests, monitor their approval status in real time, and coordinate efficiently with the Quality Assurance team through a structured approval process. With secure authentication, role based access control, automated hostel wise record management, and real time status updates, the app eliminates manual paperwork, enhances transparency, and significantly improves operational efficiency. Designed with an intuitive interface and a robust backend, the LP/OP App delivers a seamless, secure, and organised permission management experience, enabling the Aaruush organising committee to manage permissions efficiently and focus on the successful execution of the festival.
