Note It Down

Note It Down is a simple, fast, fully offline notes app — built for people who want their notes to actually stay private. ORGANISE YOUR WAY Create colour-coded Drawers and sort your notes exactly how you think. Search across everything instantly, right from the Home screen. TEXT NOTES OR CHECKLISTS Write freeform notes, or switch to checklists for to-dos and packing lists. Checked-off items stay visible with a strikethrough — nothing disappears until you decide to delete it. REAL ENCRYPTION, NOT JUST A LOCK SCREEN Every note is genuinely encrypted at rest with AES-256, the same standard banks and governments use — not just hidden behind a password screen. Lock individual notes for an extra layer: you will need to enter your personal Note Lock Code to view them, every time. THE VAULT — A SECOND LAYER OF PROTECTION A special, permanent Drawer with its own separate Vault Lock Code, for anything you would rather protect all at once instead of note by note. Forget the code, and a backup security question gets you straight back in. NEVER LOSE YOUR WORK Every edit saves automatically the instant you make it. There is no save button, and nothing is ever lost — even if you switch apps mid-sentence. BACKUP, RESTORE & SHARE Export an encrypted backup of everything, protected by your own password, and save it wherever you choose. Restore it any time, on this device or a new one. Share any single note as a proper PDF file, ready to send anywhere. A small one-time purchase unlocks all three — everything else in the app, including the Vault and all note locking, stays free. TRULY OFFLINE No account to create, no data collected, no ads, no tracking. Note It Down works completely offline — your notes never leave your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself. Simple, fast, and genuinely private. That is Note It Down.
