Full description
This app is based on a CBT technique called “Cognitive restructuring”, which helps people to notice and change negative thinking patterns. Easy to use, just start and enter the information that are related to the thought, rate your emotions and put your thought on trial. The app includes also common thinking errors as flip and swipe cards. Learning thinking errors makes it easier to rationalise our thoughts.
