Band Mate: Gig Management App

Band Mate keeps your whole band organised in one place. No more scrolling back through group chats to find the date of the next gig, which songs you're playing, or whether anyone ever heard back from that venue. CREATE OR JOIN A BAND Start a band in seconds and share your join code with the rest of the group. Everyone joins the same band and sees the same information, so nobody is working from an old plan. ONE SHARED BAND CALENDAR Add gigs and events with times, notes and the setlist you'll be playing. The calendar syncs live across every member's phone, so when one person adds or changes something, the whole band sees it straight away. SETLISTS (PRO) Build setlists for each show and reorder songs until the running order feels right. Attach a setlist to a gig so everyone knows exactly what's being played on the night. VENUE MANAGEMENT (PRO) Keep track of every venue you want to play and every one you already have: See upcoming gigs booked at each venue and when you last played there Track your outreach status: Not contacted, Contacted, Awaiting reply, Gig booked or Declined Keep a dated contact log so the band knows who spoke to whom, and when Store contact details with one-tap call, email and website Open the venue in Maps when it's time to load in Because the whole band shares the same venue list, you'll never double-message a booker or lose track of a lead again. ONE SUBSCRIPTION COVERS THE WHOLE BAND Band Mate Pro is a per-band subscription. When one member subscribes, setlists and venue management unlock for everyone in that band. The shared band calendar is included for free. Whether you're a covers band juggling weekend bookings or an original act building a following, Band Mate takes the admin off your plate so you can get back to playing. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Band Mate Pro is billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings at any time.
