Full description

Designed to support those living with a spinal cord injury stay healthy and well by providing helpful tracking tools and health checks. The SCI health toolkit which was developed in partnership with royal rehab, the university of Sydney and icare enables quick self-reporting of overall health and symptoms of problems related to living with a spinal cord injury. The toolkit has handy writing tools for monitoring fluid intake, mental health, exercise, bowel and pain.
