Приложение PM.field manager предназначено для управления производственными процессами на строительных объектах с использованием мобильных устройств. Оно позволяет оперативно контролировать ход работ, фиксировать фактические данные прямо на площадке, обеспечивая бесперебойную связь с командой и централизованной системой управления проектом: • Контроль хода выполнения работ на объекте строительства; • Контроль основных параметров проекта: бюджет, сроки выполнения; • Управление проектными задачами; • Сбор и предоставления фактических значений по выполнению работ на строительных площадках; • Информационный обмен между участниками проекта. С помощью PM.fm специалисты строительной области могут контролировать процессы непосредственно на объекте, оперативно реагировать на изменения и принимать необходимые решения. Это способствует улучшению эффективности работы команды, сокращению временных и финансовых издержек, а также повышает качество выполнения строительных проектов.
