OBIOTRACK

OBIOTRACK is the official app of Obiotrack Logistics. We believe getting a delivery should be simple. You should know where your package is, who is responsible for it, and when you can expect it to arrive. We started Obiotrack Logistics to solve a simple but frustrating everyday problem: not knowing where your delivery actually is — or who is carrying it. Obiotrack Logistics provides flexible pickup-and-delivery services in Nigeria for individuals, businesses, retailers, and organizations. From local packages and business orders to scheduled deliveries, errand runs, interstate shipments, and time-sensitive dispatch, our goal is to make every movement more organized, transparent, and dependable. HOW IT WORKS Select your pickup location, choose the drop-off location, add package details and any delivery instructions, then confirm. We collect from your doorstep and deliver to the right person. Send now, or schedule a pickup for later. Save addresses, keep draft orders, and track everything in one place. LIVE TRACKING Once a rider is assigned, follow the delivery in real time — accepted, arrived, picked up, on the way, and delivered. See your rider’s name, photo, and rating. Get status updates so you stay informed throughout the journey. Precise location is used while a delivery is in progress, not in the background at all times. CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESSES Book same-city or interstate deliveries, pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer, card, or wallet, download invoices, and keep order history. Need extra cover? Basic loss/damage protection is included, and you can add more for higher-value items. Open a claim from the app if something goes wrong. RIDERS Join as a staff rider (employee of Obiotrack Logistics) or as an independent partner rider. Complete identity verification, add your vehicle, receive nearby jobs, bid on deliveries, navigate to pickup and drop-off, update status, and get paid through the app. All riders must pass verification and a background check before accepting deliveries. TECHNOLOGY MEETS HUMAN SERVICE Our digital platform coordinates the process. Our delivery partners make the journey happen. Together they create a connected experience where customers, businesses, and riders can stay informed — because every package represents something important to someone. OUR MISSION To make delivery more transparent, reliable, and convenient for everyone. You must be 18 or older to create an account or book a delivery.
