Nomaxion

Nomaxion is verification infrastructure for the field. At its core, Nomaxion verifies that the right authorizations, permits, prerequisites, and competencies are actually in place before work proceeds — and creates a tamper-evident record proving it. It answers the question every operator, prime contractor, and regulator ultimately asks: can you prove this work was authorized, verified, and compliant when it happened? Nomaxion continuously cross-references work authorities, safe work permits, field-level hazard assessments, ground-disturbance permits, prerequisite documents, and crew competencies against the work actually taking place — surfacing gaps, expiries, and missing authorizations before they become incidents or liabilities. What it verifies and records: • Work authorities — who is authorized to do what, where, and for how long • Permit prerequisites — confirming required documents exist and remain valid before work is authorized • Safe work permits and field-level hazard assessments, with multi-party signature verification • Ground-disturbance authorizations and environmental coverage across the work area • Crew competencies and certifications checked against assigned activities • Every record hash-chained into a tamper-evident audit trail — nothing can be quietly altered after the fact Built for the field: • Works offline and syncs when back in range • Captures GPS, photos, and electronic signatures at the point and moment of verification • Push alerts for expiring authorizations, missing prerequisites, and overdue sign-offs Nomaxion is a verification and record-keeping infrastructure. It confirms and documents authorization and compliance — it does not replace qualified judgment, field verification, or site-specific hazard assessment.
