MindScaper היא אפליקציה משחקית לילדים בגיל בית ספר יסודי, המשלבת משחק ותרגול לפי עקרונות מגישת ה־CBT, וסימולציות המבוססות על התמודדויות יומיומיות. באמצעות משחקים, משימות, תרגולי mindfulness וסצנות אינטראקטיביות, הילדים מתרגלים לזהות רגשות, להבין את הקשר בין אירוע, מחשבה, רגש ותגובה, טכניקות הרגעה לפיתוח מיומנויות ויסות רגשי וחוסן. האפליקציה כוללת גם מחולל סימולציות המאפשר לתרגל מצבים של חיי היום יום, כגון קושי חברתי, תסכול, כעס, פחד, הפסד, שינוי בתוכנית והתמודדות עם משימות מאתגרות, ולבחון דרכי התמודדות ותגובה נוספות. ב־MindScaper הילדים יכולים: • לבצע משימות משחקיות לפיתוח ויסות רגשי וחוסן • לזהות רגשות, מחשבות ותגובות • לבנות סימולציות המבוססות על מצבים יומיומיים • לבחון אפשרויות תגובה ודרכי התמודדות חדשות • לעבד אירועים באמצעות שאלות המבוססות על עקרונות CBT • לתרגל נשימה, mindfulness • להקליט תגובות כחלק מתהליך התרגול • לקבל משימות מותאמות אישית שנבחרו על ידי איש מקצוע מלווה. לאנשי מקצוע קיימת אפשרות לבחור משימות ולעקוב אחר השלמת התרגולים וההתקדמות לאורך זמן.
