AWARDED 2023 Best family game at the German Computer Game Award 2019 2nd place young talent award with prototype ‘Die magische Bretterbudenburg’ is an interactive picture book that takes even the youngest members of the family on an entertaining journey with its child-friendly story. Three siblings set off to find their beloved chicken Berta. In the process, they stumble across the eponymous Bretterbudenburg, in which magical rooms await the young adventurers alongside crazy instruments. The conflicts that arise in the course of the story bring action to the gaming experience, but are never overwhelming or frightening. At the end of each chapter, a short quiz offers the opportunity to playfully test the child's attention and understanding of the text. Particularly noteworthy is the loving drawing style, which not only delights children with its harmonious colours and age-appropriate character design, but also older family members. The texts, which are easy to read thanks to their pleasant font size, are intentionally unaccented as they are intended to be read aloud by adults and children together.’ START READING RIGHT AWAY Simply download the magical Meander Book now and you're ready to go!
