Dengan E-DNM PenDi, Anda dapat: • Menghitung rentang target nadi berdasarkan profil. • Menyusun jadwal senam 8 minggu dengan 24 sesi. • Mencatat nadi setelah senam, durasi latihan, status zona target, dan estimasi kalori aktif. • Mencatat glukosa darah sesuai konteks pengukuran. • Melihat riwayat nadi dan glukosa untuk memantau perkembangan. • Membaca materi edukasi mengenai diabetes tipe 2, senam diabetes, target nadi, serta tanda bahaya saat berolahraga. • Mengatur pengingat lokal sesuai jadwal. • Mengimpor jadwal melalui QR dari Admin Tool. DIBUAT UNTUK PENGGUNAAN OFFLINE E-DNM PenDi tidak memerlukan akun atau koneksi internet. Pemrosesan dan penyimpanan data dilakukan secara lokal sehingga aplikasi tetap dapat digunakan kapan saja.
