Through simple, everyday activities guided by short animated videos, audio recordings (2, 4, or 7 minutes), and text-based exercises, learning mindfulness becomes easy and relevant. 🏫 Interactive Classrooms Teachers can easily integrate mindfulness into daily learning by creating virtual classrooms.
