Personalized Questionnaires 👶 Children (4–11 years): 7 questions, approximately 5 minutes to complete. 👨‍🦱 Adults (≥12 years): 5 questions, approximately 1 minute to complete. Both questionnaires are short, easy to use, and tailored to each age group. 2. Scores are presented using a traffic light color scale: 🔴 Poorly controlled asthma 🟡 Partially controlled asthma 🟢 Well-controlled asthma 3. History and Follow-up Records results by name, with date and score. Option to share results with healthcare providers.
