Vademécum Posológico Roemmers (VPR) Es una herramienta para médicos que simplifica el cálculo de las dosis de los medicamentos que los profesionales prescriben de productos del laboratorio Roemmers. VPR permite determinar para la población pediátrica las dosis según peso corporal y/o edad postnatal en meses y años de manera fácil. El mantener la mayor exactitud reduce el riesgo de adoptar tratamientos inefectivos o sobre tratamientos. Los valores correspondientes a las distintas dosis por kg de peso corporal se presentan tal como resulta el cálculo, queda a consideración del médico la necesidad de corregirlos según redondeo. VPR posee además información posológica para medicamentos de adultos e información abreviada de cada droga.
