CamTVviewer PRO turns your Android TV, set-top box, tablet or phone into a live monitor for your IP security cameras and recorders. Everything runs on your home network – no cloud service, no user account, no subscription. FIND YOUR CAMERAS AUTOMATICALLY One tap searches your home network for cameras and recorders of many brands – ONVIF devices and more. You can also add an extra IP range, for example 192.168.2.0/24 or 192.168.2.1-254, for cameras in another part of your network. Found cameras appear in the list; enter the user name and password and the app finds the video address by itself. ADD A CAMERA MANUALLY Enter an RTSP address, or just an IP address with user name and password – the app detects the camera and its main and secondary stream automatically. The sign-in is tried only once, so a mistyped password never locks your camera. CAMERAS FROM YOUR RECORDER (NVR) Sign in to a Hikvision recorder and all cameras connected to it are listed at once. Choose the ones you want and add them in a single step. MAIN STREAM OR SUBSTREAM For every camera you choose full quality (main stream) or a lighter substream that needs less data and plays smoothly even on weaker devices and networks. LIVE VIEW OF MANY CAMERAS Select the cameras you want and watch them together – 3×3 on a TV and tablet, 2×2 on a phone. Page through more cameras with the arrow keys; every selected camera keeps streaming, so switching pages never restarts the video. Open any camera full screen with a single press. DIGITAL ZOOM Zoom into the camera picture: with two fingers, a double tap or the + and − buttons, and with the remote control arrows on a TV. Photos and recordings always keep the whole picture. BUILT FOR THE TV REMOTE The whole app is designed for a D-pad: clear focus outlines, predictable navigation and dialogs that never lose focus. It works just as well by touch on a tablet or phone, where the layout adapts automatically. RECORD VIDEO AND CAPTURE PHOTOS Record a live camera to a video file or grab a still photo at any moment. Recordings and photos are stored on your device, organised per camera, and you can play them back or delete them right in the app. During the first run you choose whether to save to the device or to a connected USB drive, and how much space to reserve. DOWNLOAD RECORDINGS FROM YOUR COMPUTER Turn on the built-in file server and the app shows an address such as http://192.168.1.50:8080. Open it in any browser on the same network and download or delete your recordings. Access is always protected by a PIN. CAMERA MANAGEMENT Sort cameras into groups (Home, Work, Outside or your own), reorder, duplicate, edit or remove them. Camera management can be locked with a PIN so nobody changes your setup. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your video never leaves your local network. The app has no cloud back end, collects no personal data and requires no registration.
