This is not just a meditation app — it’s a true breathing coach built on the foundations of traditional yogic pranayama. The app offers 20 unique breathing exercises, progressing from simple to advanced. Each exercise includes 4 levels of difficulty, so you can gradually build your breath control and stay challenged as you grow. Choose your practice time from 1 to 10 minutes. Follow clear voice guidance for every inhale, hold, and exhale — no guesswork, just focused, structured breathing. Each day you complete a session, a new exercise unlocks — up to exercise 16. Skip a day, and one will lock again. Exercises 17–20 are available for premium subscribers only. Or unlock everything at once with a subscription and practice at your own rhythm.
